Okay, so Monday was like weird. And I didn't blog. yeah.

So, I got up all happy today because it was the 3.5 GPA field trip. Yay! But I had to go to class first. D'oh!
Science....was *gasp* BORING! And it doesn't help to have a stupid science teacher, either. Ms. Bridgeford was like, "...and so then the NUCULUS has in it the NUCUOLUS, and the NUCULUS is so like a NUCULUS...." and I'm sitting there, being hateful. Because she can't say the word "nuclear." or "nucleus."
In Social Studies, we had this dumb sub who didn't know that we liek to be LOUD in that class, and he was always like, "please be quiet, please be quiet." So that sucked. But then we got to go on the FIELD TRIP!
I sat in the back of the bus with Steven (the cool one) and we talked about games the whole way there, so it was okay.
We got there late, so I played mini golf with Steven and Nick Wishaar. We practiced hitting the balls as hard as we could. Then we played a real game; I got -3 and Steven played -1. It was fun. Then I ate lunch with Jack and Jacob. After that Jacob and I hit some at the batting cages (well, he didn't hit any). Then we went on the bumper boats, and that was cool.
After that we nearly beat Area 51, but it was boring.
Since it was 1:15, we practiced hitting the golf balls hard. Again. Jacob hit one that flew 30 feet straight up. And another that went through the legs of a guy 2 holes away, ricocheted off a metal thing and 2 rocks, then fell in the hole. It was cool. Of course, this was AFTER I reached into the last hole (really a chute) and pulled out 5 balls. One swam with the fishes.

Track was pretty easy. Except now everyone wants me to beat Danny on Thursday and it's gonna be hard.

Today was very fulfilling.
I got up and played some Fire Emblem. Then my parents decided the whole family would go for a walk. But Meredtih decided she wanted to use a camera. She spent 30 minutes running around the house screaming and looking for a camera to bring on the walk. Then Charlie told her she couldn't bring a camera on the walk.
[insert nuke here] Man, we had one pissed off 11 year-old. So we finally go on the walk, and Meredith is still pissed; we end up walking for like 15 minutes. Charlie was disappointed.
When we got back I played some Metroid Prime before breakfast (waffles.....mmmmmmmm......). After we finished eating, I shot hoops for like an hour. Maybe.
Then I shot more hoops until Jacob came home; after that we cut the lawn of Margaret (one of the women whose lawn we cut).
Then we cut the lawn of Mrs. Brown (ditto).
Then I went to Jacob's house, where we played James Bond and had a pillow fight and talked to his sister + her friend (amusing).

Yeah. It was a cool day. No work involved.

*random funny thing*
Okay, so in Health one day, we went to the library to research our health projects. Ms. Robinson said that Ms. Heller couldn't give us a speech cause her projector was gone. I started devising a plan.
So we get there, and we sit down, and she's like, "as you can see, my projector is gone, so, unfortunately, I won't give you a big speech today."
I started clapping.
*random funny thing end*

I slept in until 7:47 today. *yay* Jacob and I were going to cut grass, but it was wet (raining) so we didn't. So I just hung around inside all day being bored, until we went to my aunt's house at 3.

Tuesday, I stayed home until French. I think.

Wednesday, I stayed until Math and then I had to go.

Thursday was okay, long Social Studies (got myself some candy);
in Enrichment that cerebral palsy guy talked (kinda). English was booring. More of the anti-cheating stories (look, Jack and Orion, just tellin the truth, okay!?!). French was cool. Wait, no it wasn't. We had a French-speaking sub AND we had to do busy work.

*in between days*
On one day, I can't remember which one, we had this huge discussion in French about the Kim-asking-people-for-money deal.
It was great. Kim totally got slammed, and it burned up most of the period.

Today, I learned that I missed all this crap in Science, AND I have to make a cell model and do this other crap (already said it), got more candy in Social Studies. I had to talk to Mr. Halferty about that whole "being mean to Gretchen" thing, and then we played some cool music. English, ACKKKKK! Math was a sub, and BUSY WORK! French was okay, we took a test, which I think I did okay on but I'm not good at predicting these things.
Health was a bore. Except for playing 3 truths and a fib, and the fact that Ms. Robinson teaches it.
After school I went to the dance, which consisted mostly of me hanging out with Orion and Jack, who seem to enjoy watching me be confused. And I learned how to "dance." But not with them.

Science sucked. Social Studies was pretty funny. We were answering questions for candy, and I kept yelling "bloomers!) since we were learning about womens' rights. Band, we got to play again, man, great songs. In English we're doing all this stuff about cheating (yes, because of Jack and Orion). Math, boring; I'm doing the homework right now. During lunch, good jokes were made, but I can't remember them. French, I said "the F-word" a lot, Health, you know how it is.

Man, the track meet was great.
5:24 1600 4th place
2:21 800 2nd place

This is it....I FOUND MY KICK! It was there the whole time, and I found it. Juice it up!

Oh, and I had this really weird dream last night (actually it was closer to Sunday morning, to be explained). I lived underground in this series of caverns with veins of magma in the walls, and all these people from school were in the main one (they were playing dodgeball/soak'em)also, it was basically the Einstein gym with magma walls). It was like one of those weird commercials for action movies. First it showed all these kids getting hit by balls, accompanied by crunching sounds. THen it showed people dodging. I can't remember all of it, but the most vivid part was when Brad Murphy scooped me up and carried me while running full-speed towards the bleachers, accompanied by that crescendo whoosing sound and then black when we hit the bleachers. After that, Jack, Orion, and I walked out the door into the sunlight.
Yeah. The track meet wasn't so bad, except I sucked.
I went to Spring Camporee on Friday! Huzzah!
Friday was boring! and we met fat guys!

Saturday we woke up at 6:15! shit! and it sucked! our breakfast was pancakes! we went to go do "fun events"! whcich consisted of a rigged game of ultimate frisbee, tomahawk throwing, and canoeing! Then me, Altena, Daniel, and David (the special one) ditched! and ate lunch! then we did skill events! I crossed this river in a bucket while pulling myself hand over hand on a rope! it was cool! we also did other events that were not so cool! and it rained and was cold! after that, we ate dinner! and this old guy who was evaluating our dinner got pissed! then we went to campfire to see skits! and this guy beat on a log with a stick! and Daniel yelled funny things during the skits such as "we love you Backstreet Boys!"! I woke up early on Sunday cuz it was raining hard! and Altena was Rainman and rubbed out the rain! and David was like, why is there rain on the tent? I was like, cuz it's raining, you idiot! it was funny! but cold and wet! and then we left!

YAY! Boring things have happened. highlights:
Bike ride with Orion
Start of Fitness Merit badge (crap!)
Shakespeare Play (WALL!)
Got my wart frozen! The lady walks in with this steaming cup and says "I love my job!" After she was done she threw all the liquid nitrogen on the floor and it sizzled away. How cool is that?

Track meet tomorrow!
(you know, I really like running. except for the excruciating pain.)

Thursday, May 06, 2004

Umm...Track meet today. I got 2 of 3 in 1600, and 3 of 3 in 80 meters. It was cool, except for the total exhaustion part.
Oh well. ( and I scored 2 pieces of pizza! Hooray!)

Okaaaaay....
When we walked into Science, we had no teacher. Naturally, James assumed control. After about 3 minutes, Karsten ran - yes, RAN - out the door to go to the office. Alex Braden caught him, picked him up, and dropped him (Karsten scraped his elbow. We told everyone he tripped). We ended up with Mr. Dunbar, because someone told the attendance office and not Turner. In Social Studies, busy work. Band, nothin. English, more sentence things (more on that).
Math, blah!!!During lunch, when we were done, this sevvie ran by with the trash can and Jack yelled "BOY! Come here!" It was so funny! Then, in French, we were doing conjugation, and Ms. Myers was like, what is the word that comes after the etre conjugation called? and I yelled, "DIRECT OBJECT!" Everyone who has Marken English screamed, NO!!!!! It was great.
In P.E. we played handball (blah) Track we ran 200s (blah), after track I shot hoops with Jacob.

TRACK MEET TOMORROW! It's gonna hurt!

Tuesday, May 04, 2004

Hey...science fair. Boring. Great job to Peter, for the stink bomb (even if I hate him).

I just remembered the Strawberry Festival. The highlight was when David and I wrote things on the wall with chalk. Things such as...

Jesus is special
God loves you
Ho your garden

It was a great time.
Umm....Sunday was boring. I cleaned up my room.
Monday..boring

Today, classes were boring. In math, I learned why I am stupid, in French, we had a sub who (unfortunately) spoke French, and the Fun Run in PE (9:45)
We got out uniforms in track, and David and I intensely studied the building floor plans. If only we had a camera......
Science fair tonight. (HARI KARI! (lol Jack)

Saturday, May 01, 2004

Well, on Thursday school was okay. We had a dumb sub in Science. Math, we continued doing the Fire CD thing. We got to watch this really stupid video of this idiot firefighter trying to rescue a kid (multiple good jokes followed, but I won't post them. ask me). Band, we played with Mr. Wilmart. PE, I can't really remember.

Friday, Science was me trying to avoid presenting my project ( I was succesful). Social studies, we played the Wheel O' History and Xochitl spun us up to x729 points, but then we lost a turn. The Supernintendo never came!
Band, working on ensemble stuff. English, you don't wanna know, something to do with rocks. Math, more Fire stuff (James came up with "a fire in the ghetto": there be a fire, biotch! ho's and bitches first! then bongs and bling!)
French, we played a game where the object was for the whole class to gang up and try to tag me. That's right, me!! After I lost (it had to happen) Jack, Nhan, and I waged war on the other groups who were playing the "button game."
PE, fun run: 9:49. oh well.

Track....we, uh ran the Fun Run course. yeah. we did.
